Shipping & Returns


All orders are made in, and shipped from, Ontario Canada via Canada Post.

Stardust Gremlin is an independent brand, run primarily by myself. Keeping this in mind it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days for your order to ship. If you’re in need of a faster turnover time or your order needs to take priority please contact me after ordering, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. 

All plush doll orders come with a free adoption certificate, care instructions, and a thank you gift. Each plush is carefully wrapped in tissue paper before beginning their journey to you, making sure they are gift ready, whether they be a gift for someone else or a gift for yourself, because who doesn’t like receiving a present?

Orders containing multiple plush comes gift wrapped as a single package. If you would like each individual plush wrapped separately please let me know and I’ll be happy to accommodate you.

All plush come wrapped in tissue paper, so whether they are a gift for someone else or a gift for yourself, they are gifting ready! 

If you would like to make your gift even more magical, you can add a gift message. Please be sure to add the message under special instructions at checkout so I can print it out and add it to your gift for you.

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties, and import fees. Customs forms are filled out with your shipments contents and value. You are responsible for charges incurred at customs.

There are two shipping options available for plush orders within Canada. Cost is calculated at checkout.  

Regular Parcel (4-7 business days; No tracking)

Xpresspost (2-5 business days; Tracking included)

There are two shipping options available for plush orders shipped within the United States. Cost is calculated at checkout

Air Mail (5-10 Business days; No tracking)

Expedited Parcel (4-5 Business days; Tracking included)

There are two shipping options available for plush orders being shipped to  International locations. Cost is calculated at checkout

Small Packet Air (6-10 Business day; No tracking)

Expedited Parcel International (5 days; Tracking included)

To save you money, for orders that only contain stickers and patches you can choose to send them through letter mail instead of as a parcel. This option does not come with tracking information, but is the most economical way to send small items. 

Letter mail takes 5-8 business days within Canada and the United States, and 10-14 business days for International locations. 

There is no additional shipping cost incurred when combining stickers or patches with an existing plush order.  

Would you like free shipping?

Spend $100 CAD or more at checkout if shopping from Canada or the United States, or $130 CAD if shopping from an International location, to automatically be upgraded to free shipping at checkout. 


We all know that the post office some times makes mistakes. To help avoid any problems I highly recommend choosing the tracked shipping option, especially for International locations or large orders. I am not responsible if your package is lost or stolen, however tracked packages are insured and the post office will be able to assist you in these cases. 

The post office isn’t perfect and as us online shoppers know sometimes accidents happen during transit. If this is the case please take pictures of the damage and don’t hesitate to contact me. I’m here to make things right. 

We’re sorry to hear that your new plush friend didn’t work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us with 7 days or receiving your shipment so we can arrange things for you. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless we made an error with your order. Returns must be postmarked with 14 days of the original delivery date and be in new undamaged condition. Once the plush is returned and determined to be in new condition you may exchange it for another product or request a refund (minus the original shipping fee).
